Tychem® 6000 garments are constructed from a proprietary barrier film laminated to a Tyvek® substrate. This fabric offers at least 30 minutes of protection against over 180 challenge chemicals, including chemical warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals. Tychem® 6000 garments are lightweight, strong, and durable, with a low-visibility gray fabric that makes them ideal for law enforcement, emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, and military use.

The zipper features a semi-automatic locking slider, keeping the puller securely in place when locked.
Taped seams provide robust chemical resistance against heavy liquid splashes, with sewn seams covered by a strip of compatible, heat-sealed chemical-resistant material.
The three-piece hood design includes a longer zipper that extends to the chin, offering complete neck coverage and a secure fit around a respirator.
A storm flap covers the zipper, which can be sealed with an adhesive strip to prevent any intrusion.
Elastic openings at the wrists ensure a snug fit.
Elastic ankle openings provide a tighter seal for added protection.
Manufactured to specifications that are free from natural rubber latex.
Meets U.S. industry standards for blood (ASTM F1670) and viral penetration (ASTM F1671), offering protection against several bloodborne pathogen exposure risks.
