Tyvek® 400 offers an optimal combination of protection, durability, and comfort, making it one of the best limited-use fabric technologies available. The fabric provides an inherent barrier against particles as small as 1.0 micron, with protection built directly into the material—no films or laminates that could wear or abrade over time. Tyvek® 400 fabric outperforms microporous film fabrics in durability, ensuring a consistently better barrier even after wear and abrasion. Common applications include lead and asbestos abatement, general maintenance, spray painting, and general clean-up.
